Social media marketing services judged on enquiries

Strategy and paid social, run by seniors.

Our social media marketing services decide where your budget goes, then build and run the campaigns that spend it. The scoreboard is enquiries and revenue, not followers.

  • Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and X
  • Your ad account, pixel and audience data
  • Regulated verticals, handled properly
Scope

What our social media marketing services cover

The boundary: what to say, where budget goes, and the campaigns behind it.

Strategy

Positioning, offer, audience definition, and the measurement plan that decides whether it worked.

Channel selection

Which platforms earn budget, which get a holding presence, which to drop.

Campaign management

Account structure, audience and creative testing, budget control, and moving spend towards what converts.

Posting, replies and content production are a different job — see social media content creation and management. Mostly Meta? Facebook and Instagram marketing goes deeper.

Fit

Who this is for

We keep a short client list, so fit matters more than volume.

Products that already sell

Proven demand, with budget behind it. Paid social amplifies an offer that works; it cannot rescue one that does not.

Regulated and iGaming operators

Casino, betting, finance and health brands declined or throttled elsewhere. Where most agencies stop, we start.

Who we turn down

Anyone chasing followers, anyone billing fee and spend as one number, anyone launching without proof of demand.

Channels

Channels we run, and how we choose them

No default stack. It follows from where your buyers are and how long they take to decide.

Meta

Broadest reach and direct-response depth. Strong on consumer purchase, weak on job titles.

LinkedIn

Targeting by job title, seniority and company size. Expensive, repaid on long B2B cycles.

TikTok

Cheap attention, fast creative burn. Good when the product demonstrates well on video.

YouTube

For demand you create rather than capture: explanation, demonstration, remarketing to near-buyers.

X

Narrow. Useful for finance, crypto, iGaming and developer audiences. Usually a no.

When we drop one

After a fair test on budget, creative and time, if cost per enquiry stays high we move the money.

Defaults: B2B — LinkedIn for precision, Meta to retarget. Impulse B2C — Meta first, TikTok once creative keeps up. Independent channel research only sanity-checks your own data.

Regulated verticals

Social media advertising for regulated verticals

iGaming, finance and health do not fail on creative. They fail on eligibility. Meta requires written permission before gambling and gaming ads run, granted per jurisdiction — clearance in one market is not clearance in the next. Google requires certification per country plus a valid local licence.

Generic agencies learn this by breaking it: campaigns launch, the account is restricted, the appeal fails, the asset is disabled permanently. You lose the ad account, its pixel history and every audience behind it.

So eligibility is checked before budget is committed, per market and per entity. Creative is built to gambling policy rather than fixed after rejection, with age-gating and responsible-gambling designed in. Unworkable markets are flagged early.

Finance and health follow the same discipline under different rules. iGaming is also where our casino and iGaming link building runs.

Deliverables

What you get, and how it is reported

Reporting is a live dashboard, not a PDF that lands late. Once a month we walk you through it: what moved, what changed, what is next, what went wrong.

From you: business manager access, brand and licence documentation, and approvals inside a few working days. If measurement is shaky, fix tracking and reporting first.

What our social media marketing services cost

Managed paid social is a flat monthly retainer, not a percentage of ad spend: a percentage fee pays the agency more the more it spends, a poor incentive. One-off work, such as an audit or a rebuild, is quoted as a fixed-scope project with an end date.

What moves the number: how many channels run, how much new creative the schedule needs, how many markets and languages, and whether the vertical is regulated, since compliance review takes time.

Outside the fee: your ad spend, paid straight to the platforms, and third-party production you commission separately. The exact quote arrives with your free audit.

The team

Who does the work on your account

Everyone who touches your account is senior: no juniors on your budget, no subcontracting, no account manager relaying questions to someone you never meet. Whoever builds your campaigns is on your first call and every monthly review. We are a boutique agency in Oradea, Romania, with a short client list by choice.

Terms are plain: a minimum initial term long enough for a fair read, a stated notice period, no automatic renewal. Clients wanting search and social together also run Facebook Ads with us.

Common questions

Fair questions, straight answers

How much do social media marketing services cost?

Two numbers that never mix. Our fee is a flat monthly retainer; your ad spend goes straight to the platform. Below a certain monthly budget the fee eats too much of the total to be worth buying. Both figures come with your free audit.

Is ad spend included in your fee?

No. You pay the platforms directly from your own account, and you keep that account, the pixel and every audience built during the work. If you change agency, an agency-owned account leaves with them and the next campaign starts from zero.

Which platforms should my business be on?

It follows from where your buyers are and how long they take to decide, not from what is trending. Considered B2B usually starts on LinkedIn with Meta retargeting; impulse-price brands start on Meta, adding TikTok once video production is steady. Two channels done properly beat five done badly.

How long before paid social produces results?

The honest sequence is account and tracking setup, then a learning period while we and the platform work out what converts, then a readable signal. How long that takes depends on budget, creative volume and sales-cycle length. We promise no timeline.

Can you advertise a casino or betting brand on Facebook or Google?

Yes, but only with the right permissions first. Meta requires written permission for gambling and gaming ads, granted per jurisdiction, so clearance in one market says nothing about the next. Google requires certification per country plus a valid local licence. Getting it wrong risks permanent disabling, so we confirm eligibility before budget is committed.

What is the difference between social media marketing and social media management?

Marketing here means strategy, channel choice and paid campaigns aimed at enquiries and sales. Management means the day-to-day: producing posts, scheduling, replying to comments. Different people, different rhythm — social media content creation and management covers the second, and many buy both.

Do you need access to our ad accounts?

Yes. On Meta, partner access to the ad account, page and pixel; on LinkedIn, campaign manager access to the ad account and company page; on TikTok and Google, the equivalent. All through business manager rather than shared logins, revoked at the end.

Do you require a long contract?

There is a minimum initial term, because one month cannot give a fair read: the first weeks go to setup and learning. After that it runs on a stated notice period, with no auto-renewal into a new term.

Next step: a straight answer within 24 hours

Send your site and ad accounts. Within 24 hours you get a written read on what is working, what is wasted, and whether paid social suits you.

Bring ad account access or a screenshot, your budget range and target markets. Then a call with the person who would run the campaigns, not a salesperson.
