What we collect, and why
We collect only two things: what you deliberately give us (mostly through the free-audit form), and the basic technical data any website records to stay online and understand its traffic. That’s it. We’re a boutique link building agency — not a data business.
Who we are
Web Push SRL, registered in Oradea, Romania, operates web-push.com and is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. When we say “we”, “us” or “Web Push”, that’s who you’re dealing with.
Information you give us
When you submit the free-audit form or otherwise contact us, we collect:
- Your name — so a real person can address you properly.
- Your work email — so we can send the audit and reply to you.
- Your website URL — the site we audit and prospect links for.
- Optional details — budget range and anything you type into the message field (niche, target markets, competitors).
- Email correspondence you start with us, and its content.
Information we collect automatically
Like any website, ours records basic technical data through server logs and analytics: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used in aggregate to keep the site secure and to understand how people use it — not to build a profile of you.
Why we process it (lawful basis)
We process your form data to prepare and deliver your audit and respond to your enquiry — that’s either taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering people who ask us to. Technical and analytics data rests on our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website, and on your consent where the law requires it for non-essential cookies. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Sharing, selling & storage
We never sell your data
Full stop. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We don’t hand it to advertisers or data brokers, and we won’t add you to a marketing list you didn’t ask for. The only reason we hold your details is to do the work you contacted us about.
Processors we rely on
To run the site and reply to you, we use a small number of trusted service providers — for hosting, email, and analytics — who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements and only on our instructions.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep audit and enquiry data only as long as we need it to help you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then we delete it. You can ask us to erase your data sooner at any time.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure, but we treat your information the way we’d want ours treated.

- Withdraw consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent.
- Complain — lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Romania, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing — ANSPDCP).
