A BOUTIQUE TEAM THAT BUILDS LINKS PROPERLY

Senior-only. Hand-vetted. Based in Oradea, Romania.

We started Web Push because we were tired of buying links that didn’t work. So we built the agency we always wanted to hire: US-agency quality at European prices, every site vetted by hand, and a senior link builder who actually answers you.

  • Senior specialists only — no juniors, no outsourcing
  • Every placement site manually vetted, DR 30+ with real traffic
  • We do casino & iGaming — the niche most agencies refuse
Why we exist

We got burned buying links. So we learned to build them right.

Web Push started with a simple, expensive lesson: most “link building” is marketplaces reselling the same tired sites, juniors copy-pasting outreach, and invoices with no proof behind them. We paid for it. It didn’t move rankings.

So we built the agency we wanted to hire — a small, senior team in Oradea, Romania that does the unglamorous part better than the factories: manual prospecting, hand-vetting, native content. US-agency quality, European prices, and a real person who replies the same day.

We stayed small on purpose. Small enough to vet every single site by hand, and picky enough to take on the niche most agencies quietly refuse: casino and iGaming.

How we work

Four rules we don’t bend

Every project runs on the same non-negotiables. They’re the reason clients stay — and the reason we sleep at night.

White-hat only

Manual outreach and real editorial placements. No PBNs, no link farms, no automation — ever. It’s slower, and it’s the only thing that lasts.

DR 30+ floor

Every site is hand-vetted for real organic traffic and genuine editorial standards. Authority without traffic is worthless, so we reject 9 out of 10 sites we prospect.

Transparent pricing

Per-link pricing, exact quotes up front, and every placement reported with URL, DR, traffic and anchor. No retainers to start, no black boxes.

You talk to the builders

The senior who audits your site is the one who builds your links. No account managers, no hand-offs — just a direct line and same-day answers.

What happens next

From first email to live link

No discovery decks, no six-week onboarding, no forms that disappear into a queue. This is the exact sequence every client goes through, in order.

You send the URL

Your domain, the two or three pages that make you money, and the markets you sell in. That’s enough to start. If you already have a keyword list or a competitor you want to outrank, send it — it saves a round trip.

Free audit, same day

A senior pulls your referring domains, compares them with the sites ranking above you, and writes back with three specific gaps, any anchor-text risk we can see, and what a realistic monthly volume looks like in your niche.

Scope and quote

Per-link pricing in writing before anything is booked: authority band, content format, target pages, anchors. No retainer is required to start, and nothing is charged until you’ve agreed the scope.

Prospecting and vetting

We build the shortlist by hand for your niche, then put every candidate through the checklist below. Sites that fail are dropped before you ever see them, so you approve a clean list rather than a raw export.

Outreach and placement

Native writers produce the article, the editor publishes it on their own schedule, and your link sits inside copy that genuinely belongs on that site. You get the live URL as soon as it is published.

Reporting and monitoring

Every placement is logged with URL, DR, traffic, target page and anchor — then we keep checking those URLs after delivery. If a link is removed or switched to nofollow, you hear it from us first, not from your next audit.

The standard

What a site has to prove before we use it

“Hand-vetted” is a phrase every agency uses, so here’s ours written down. A site has to clear the whole list — one red flag is enough to drop it.

Green lights

  • DR 30 or above, with organic traffic that matches the metric
  • Traffic from the countries you actually sell in
  • Topical overlap with your industry, not a catch-all blog
  • A visible editorial team, a real contact page, a posting history
  • Existing articles that rank for their own keywords
  • An outbound link profile that looks like a normal publisher’s

Instant rejections

  • Authority metrics with no traffic behind them
  • Casino or finance links pasted into unrelated lifestyle posts
  • “Write for us” pages that will sell a link to anybody
  • Private network footprints — shared hosting, templates, owners
  • Machine-translated or obviously spun content
  • Traffic curves that suggest a rebuilt expired domain

Judgement calls

Plenty of sites are neither. A small niche publication with modest metrics but a genuine readership is often worth more than a big generic magazine that publishes anything.

When it’s a close call, a senior makes the decision and explains the reasoning in your placement list — rather than quietly padding the order and hoping you don’t check.

“Links from sites with real traffic are the only links worth paying for. That’s why we reject 9 out of 10 sites we prospect — and why 98% of the links we build stay live.”

Deliverables

What actually lands in your inbox

A link building invoice should be checkable line by line. Ours is: for every placement you get the live URL, the domain’s authority and traffic at the time we vetted it, the page we linked to, and the exact anchor used.

You also get the reasoning. Anchor ratios are planned deliberately — branded and naked-URL anchors carry the profile, exact-match is used sparingly — and you can see that plan rather than infer it afterwards.

Nothing goes live without your approval on the site list, and you see the brief before the article is written — so the piece carrying your link says what you want it to say.

Measurement

How we judge whether it worked

Links are an input, not a result. These are the outputs we look at with you — and the honest caveat attached to each one.

Referring domains, not link count

Ten links from one site is one relationship. We track unique referring domains gained against the sites currently outranking you, because that gap is the thing a campaign is actually closing.

Search Console before clicks

Impressions and average position for your target pages in Google Search Console move before traffic does. We ask for read access so both sides are reading the same numbers instead of arguing about screenshots.

GA4 on the money pages

Organic sessions and conversions in GA4 for the pages we pointed links at. If sessions climb and conversions don’t, that’s a landing page or offer problem — and we’ll say so rather than sell you more links.

Visibility in AI answers

AI Overviews and assistant-style search lean on pages that already carry editorial authority and citations. It isn’t a metric anyone should bill against yet, but the same links that earn rankings are what get you quoted there.

Time, stated honestly

Editorial links need to be crawled, indexed and trusted before they count, and competitive niches take longer than quiet ones. Anyone promising a fixed date for page one is guessing; we report what we’re seeing month by month instead.

What we don’t touch

We build links — we’re not a technical SEO shop. If your Core Web Vitals are failing (INP, which replaced FID in 2024, plus LCP and CLS) or key pages aren’t indexable, we’ll flag it in the audit, because links can’t fix a page Google struggles to render.

Honest comparison

Boutique team, marketplace, or big agency?

All three can work. They just fail in different ways, and it’s worth knowing which trade-off you’re buying before you sign anything.

Boutique senior team Link marketplace Large generalist agency
Who picks the sites A senior, by hand, for your niche You, from a catalogue everyone else is buying from Usually a junior working from a supplier sheet
Vetting Manual checklist, traffic and topic verified Whatever the seller declares Metric thresholds, rarely a human read
Content Native writers, brief agreed with you Cheapest available, often translated Templated, produced at volume
Who you talk to The person building your links A support ticket An account manager relaying messages
Pricing Per link, quoted before work starts Per link, plus the marketplace margin Monthly retainer, bundled scope
Casino & iGaming Core specialty Available, quality unpredictable Frequently refused outright
Capacity Deliberately limited — we take fewer clients Effectively unlimited High, if you fit the process
Fit

Who we’re right for — and who we’re not

Turning down bad-fit projects is part of staying small. It’s cheaper for everyone to find out now.

A good fit

  • Casino, iGaming, betting and affiliate operators who keep getting refused elsewhere
  • SaaS, e-commerce and B2B brands with pages that already convert and need authority
  • Agencies that need a white-label partner who won’t embarrass them
  • Teams that want to approve every site before it’s used
  • Anyone who’s been burned by a marketplace order and wants to see the reasoning this time

Not a good fit

  • Hundreds of cheap links per month — that’s a volume supplier’s job, not ours
  • PBNs, redirects, expired domain schemes or anything that needs hiding
  • Brand-new sites with no content worth linking to yet — fix that first
  • Projects that need a guaranteed ranking by a fixed date
  • Buyers who want the invoice but not the placement detail behind it
Who you’ll work with

The people behind your links

No layers, no juniors hidden behind dashboards. From the first audit to every placement report, you work directly with the team below.

Darius

Senior Link Builder

Runs prospecting, vetting and outreach. He writes your audit, builds the site shortlist, briefs the writers and signs off every placement — so the person who answers your first email is the person doing the work.

Răzvan

Developer

Keeps the site, the reporting and the tracking in order, and runs the link checks that keep watching your placements long after they have been delivered and reported.

Petru

CEO

Handles scope, pricing and the quality standard. He’s the one who decides we walk away from a site — or a project — that doesn’t meet it, and the one you talk to about commercial terms.

FAQ

Questions we get every week

Straight answers. If yours isn’t here, ask — you’ll get a reply the same day.

Where are you based, and who do you work with?

Oradea, Romania. We work with clients across Europe and beyond, and this site is published in English, German and Romanian. We build links in several European markets, with native writers for each language.

Do you really take casino and iGaming clients?

Yes — it’s a specialty, not an exception. Regulated gambling, betting and affiliate projects are welcome, and the vetting standard is the same as for every other niche.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Pricing is per link and quoted before work starts. No retainer is required to begin, so you can test a small batch before committing to a monthly volume.

How many links should I be building?

It depends on your niche and on how far ahead the sites outranking you are. The free audit gives you a realistic monthly range for your situation instead of a package plucked from a price list.

Do you use PBNs or automation?

Never. Manual outreach, real editorial placements on sites with genuine readers. It’s slower and it costs more to produce — and it’s the only version that survives an algorithm update.

Can I see the sites before you place anything?

Yes. You approve the shortlist before outreach begins. Anything that fails vetting is dropped before it reaches you, so the list you see is already filtered.

Who writes the articles?

Native speakers writing for the publisher’s audience, from a brief you can review. The goal is a piece the site would have been happy to publish anyway, with your link sitting naturally inside it.

What if a link disappears?

We keep monitoring placements after delivery. If one is removed or turned nofollow, we tell you and go back to the publisher — you find out from us, not from your next backlink audit.

How fast will I see results?

Movement usually shows up in Search Console impressions and average position before it shows up in clicks, and competitive niches take longer. We’d rather report honestly month by month than promise a date.
