The service

What PPC management services actually include

An ongoing service, not a campaign build you take delivery of. Someone decides what the account buys, structures budget around that, and keeps the conversion data honest.

Account strategy

Which products, which markets, which conversion is worth paying for.

Structure and keywords

Campaign structure, keyword themes, match types, and the negative list.

Bidding and budget

Bid strategy, and moving money when a channel stops earning.

Creative and assets

Ad copy, sitelinks, images and feed titles, tested in rotation.

Conversion tracking

Tags and imports kept working. A broken conversion misleads bidding.

Reporting

A written monthly report plus a call with the specialist.

Platforms: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn. We flag where paid ends and media buying begins.

Three things sit outside the retainer: ad spend, paid by you to the platform; landing page work, which is a build job quoted separately; and video production.

Fit

Who this is for, and when PPC is the wrong channel

B2B lead generation

Long cycles, the sale closing off-site. We optimise to qualified leads.

E-commerce

Shopping, Performance Max and feed quality. What matters is contribution after ad cost.

iGaming operators and affiliates

Licensed brands in markets where Google and Meta accept gambling ads.

Below a certain budget, management stops making arithmetic sense: there are too few weekly conversions to learn from, and the management fee eats a large share of the total. We will tell you honestly in the audit if your budget is under that line, and what we would do instead.

We turn work away for three reasons: no conversion tracking and no willingness to fix it first; no functioning landing page, where the money belongs in conversion work first; and gambling ads aimed at an unlicensed market.

Paid is not a rival to the visibility you own. It stops when the card stops, while SEO compounds. A live account’s search term report is the cleanest keyword research money can buy: Semrush shows what a market searches, the account shows what converts.

Deliverables

What arrives every month

This is what the fee buys.

Audit, then re-audit

A structural audit at the start, repeated quarterly so nothing drifts.

Keyword and negative work

Search term mining every cycle, new themes added, wasted queries excluded.

Ad copy variants

New headlines and assets in rotation, losers retired.

Bid and budget control

Bid adjustments, and budget moved between campaigns and platforms.

Tracking maintenance

Tags checked and events verified. Tracking breaks silently after site releases.

Report and a call

A written report plus a call with the person who did the work.

Every account is worked by a senior specialist. No pitch team, no junior handover, which is why the roster stays small.

You own everything. The ad accounts, GA4 and Tag Manager sit under your business. If the engagement ends you keep the data, the tracking and the creative.

Process

How we run an account: the first 90 days

Weeks 1-2

Audit and tracking

We audit what exists, verify every conversion action and write a structure plan. Nothing changes until you agree it.

Weeks 3-6

Rebuild or launch

Campaigns go live, tracking is checked against real test conversions, and search term mining starts.

Weeks 7-12

Reallocate

Budget moves toward what earns, across campaigns and platforms. Creative iterates on evidence.

Ongoing

Steady state

Weekly account work, a monthly reporting call, a quarterly re-audit.

We change bids, budgets within the agreed total, negatives and ad variants without asking. Total spend, campaign types, geographic targeting and your tracking never change without written agreement.

Measurement

Tracking we insist on before we spend anything

Most underperforming accounts we review are not badly bid. They are badly measured. Bidding optimises toward whatever you call a conversion.

GA4, GTM and imports

GA4 alongside native conversions, a clean tag container, and a written definition of every event.

Offline conversion import

Where the deal closes off-site weeks later, we import qualified-lead and closed-won signals so bidding follows revenue.

Consent Mode and GDPR

EU traffic means Consent Mode and modelled conversions, so platform and analytics numbers never match exactly.

We report cost per qualified lead, ROAS and contribution after ad cost. Impression share and quality score stay as diagnostics. Before launch we sanity-check demand in Ahrefs rather than a platform forecast.

Specialism

Gambling and iGaming PPC: what is different

Regulated gambling is a compliance job with a media buying job attached. Google requires gambling advertiser certification, applied for per country, and only where it accepts gambling ads at all. Approval is Google’s decision, not ours.

Meta is separate: real-money gaming needs written permission, with its own country list and creative limits. Getting either wrong produces a suspension, not a warning, which is why most generalist agencies decline this work.

Before quoting we ask to see the licence, target markets and landing pages, then tell you which markets are not buyable at all.

Pricing

What PPC management costs

A flat monthly retainer, priced by the work the account takes: platform count, live campaigns, markets, reporting depth, and whether the vertical is regulated. Bands are published, not invented per prospect.

We do not price as a percentage of ad spend, because that pays the agency more for spending more. A flat fee means recommending a budget cut costs us nothing.

Ad spend never passes through us. You pay the platforms directly.

The team

Why a boutique, senior-only team in Europe

We are a small agency in Oradea, Romania, working with clients in the UK, the EU and the US. A short client list means the person who knows your account is reachable.

We will not guarantee positions, a ROAS, or quote an improvement figure from someone else’s account. We commit to named senior ownership, a fixed fee and accounts you own. Most of our work is organic search and link building, so paid is one line in a search budget.

“If the tracking is broken or the market is not licensed, we say so and decline the retainer.”

How we qualify a paid account
Common questions

Fair questions, straight answers

What does a PPC management service include?

Account strategy and structure, keyword and negative keyword management, ad copy testing, bid and budget control, tracking maintenance and monthly reporting. It excludes ad spend, which you pay Google or Meta directly. Landing pages, heavy creative and CRM work are quoted separately.

How much does PPC management cost per month?

We work to published retainer bands rather than quoting each prospect from scratch. The band depends on platform count, markets, live campaigns and reporting depth. Ad spend is separate and goes straight to the platform.

Should PPC management be charged as a flat fee or a percentage of ad spend?

A percentage pays the agency more for spending more, which is not aligned with your result. We charge a flat fee tied to the work, so recommending a budget cut costs us nothing. At very large spend a percentage can genuinely be cheaper.

How long does it take for PPC to produce results?

Data arrives within days. A trustworthy read on cost per acquisition needs several weeks of consistent spend and enough conversions to be meaningful. Weak tracking makes it longer. We will not name a date by which you turn profitable.

Do I keep ownership of my Google Ads and Meta accounts?

Yes. The accounts sit under your business and we work inside them with granted access. If we stop working together you keep the account, the data, the conversion setup and the creative. We never use an agency-owned account you cannot take with you.

Do you have a minimum ad budget?

Yes. Below a certain monthly spend there is not enough conversion data to optimise against, and the fee becomes too large a share of the total. The threshold varies by platform and vertical. If you are under it we say so rather than take the work.

Can you run PPC for a casino or betting brand?

Yes. Regulated iGaming is a specialism here, so we understand certification rather than learning it on your account. Google requires certification per country and accepts gambling ads only in some markets; Meta requires separate written permission. We ask to see your licence before quoting.

What is the difference between PPC management and Google Ads management?

Google Ads management covers one platform. PPC management covers the paid mix across Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn, including how budget moves between them. If Google Ads is your only channel, start with Google Ads management instead.
